All jewelry offered by Alex and Son Jewelers is crafted using fine materials and professional techniques. Due to the nature of fine jewelry, handcrafted work, and custom fabrication, slight variations may occur and are considered normal.

Custom & Made-to-Order Items

Custom, made-to-order, personalized, engraved, altered, laser-cut, or commissioned pieces are final sale once production begins.

Design approvals provided by the customer constitute acceptance of the final specifications, including dimensions, layout, materials, and finishes. Alex and Son Jewelers is not responsible for subjective dissatisfaction once a design has been approved and fabricated.

 

Repairs, Alterations & Restoration

All repair, alteration, and restoration work is performed with care and precision. However, working with existing jewelry involves inherent risks due to age, wear, prior repairs, or material limitations.

Alex and Son Jewelers is not responsible for:

• Pre-existing damage or weaknesses
  
  
• Stone loss caused by wear, impact, or structural degradation
  
  
• Changes in appearance resulting from restoration or repair work
  
  

All repaired or altered items are considered final sale.

 

Pricing & Payments

All prices are subject to change without notice. Pricing for services is determined after evaluation and may vary based on complexity, materials, and labor required.

Payment is required in full prior to the commencement of custom work, repairs, or services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

 

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to our Returns & Exchanges Policy, which is incorporated by reference into these Terms & Conditions.

Custom items, personalized jewelry, repairs, alterations, restoration services, and special orders are not eligible for return or refund.

 

Shipping & Risk of Loss

Alex and Son Jewelers is not responsible for loss or damage occurring during shipping once an item has been transferred to the carrier. Customers are responsible for selecting insured and trackable shipping methods when sending items to us.

 

Warranty Disclaimer

All warranties are outlined in our Warranty & Repairs Policy, which governs coverage, limitations, and exclusions. Normal wear, misuse, improper care, and third-party alterations are not covered.

 

Intellectual Property

All website content, designs, images, text, logos, CAD files, and digital assets are the property of Alex and Son Jewelers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without written permission.

Custom designs created by Alex and Son Jewelers remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed in writing.
