How do I get a quote for a repair?

Simply fill out the Contact Us form and try to provide as much information about your repair as possible.

One of our representatives will then get in contact with you and we can take it from there!

Where can I ship my repair?

Where can I view my tracking info?

At the top of our website under "My Account" you will find "Orders".

From there you can view your tracking information for each order

How can I return or exchange an item?

Please note only items that are NOT handmade, personalized or custom are eligible for returns or exchanges.

To request a return or exchange please fill out the contact form and kindly explain why you are unsatisfied with the item and our customer service team will gladly help you resolve the issue and ensure a pleasant experience!
